Team: Admissions and Placement

Working within Programme Talent, the Admissions & Placement team are responsible for providing a professional service to comply with admitting and onboarding programme members. We are committed to high standards in our work to ensure our applicants meet the programme requirements. As Placement Coordinator, you’ll provide administrative, data and logistical support to teams, facilitating effective and efficient ways of working, to ensure our work is as impactful as possible.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative, data, and logistical support to teams.
* Ensure compliance with admitting and onboarding programme members.
* Facilitate effective and efficient ways of working.
Qualifications
* Strong attention to detail whilst managing high volumes of work.
* Ability to plan and project manage.
* Experience of pipeline management.
* Good experience of CRM.
* Experience in Comms and Copywriting.

Salary Package: £23,453.10
Compensation & Benefits: Employees based in London will receive £3000 London Weighting Allowance in addition to the advertised salary package. Advertised Salary, London Weighting Allowance and Annual Leave entitlement are FTE. They will be pro-rata'd for part time and fixed term positions. Teach First’s core benefits include 27 days holiday per annum (3 of which must be taken during the holiday shutdown period between Christmas Day and New Year's Day), participation in the pension scheme via Salary Exchange (with an employer contribution of up to 6%), life assurance, income protection and private healthcare.
