Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 per annum (experience dependent)
Schedule: 40 hours /week (Monday – Friday)
Education: Bachelor’s degree or similar (preferred)

Insight Manager Job Description:
Interaction are excited to be working with a leading Market Research business in the Leeds area looking to welcome a proactive, tenacious Insight Manager to lead international research projects for some of the world’s most famous brands. The successful candidate will help clients understand their consumers and markets in detail, develop/test products, lead teams of junior execs and work with a variety of teams including fieldwork, data science, qualitative and more to ensure the smooth running of projects whilst being the main point of contact for clients.
Insight Manager Responsibilities:
1. Managing multiple complex projects
2. Responsible for high quality, commercially focused project outputs
3. Smooth running of fieldwork from end-to-end
4. Managing and growing client relations
5. Commercials, proposals and financials
6. Team leader, key coach and role model
The successful Insight Manager will be:

The successful Insight Manager will have:
11. 4-7 year's relevant work experience in market research.
12. A degree in social sciences, marketing, or business, or similar (preferred).
