You'll play a pivotal role in growing our presence across key B2B sectors, forging partnerships, and delivering measurable growth. As a B2B Sector Manager, you'll be at the heart of our growth strategy. Your key responsibilities will include: Supporting the Head of B2B Sales in achieving company-wide KPIs and sales targets across monthly, half-yearly, and annual milestones. Driving sales within your assigned sectors by building and managing a strong pipeline of new opportunities. Developing and maintaining trusted relationships with Digital Imaging dealers, resellers, and key customers. Championing our brand—ensuring Sony remains the top choice within the B2B space. Collaborating with internal teams and partners to uncover new sales, tender, and event opportunities. Leading and participating in a variety of B2B initiatives, from in-person events to virtual webinars and training sessions. Monitoring trends, identifying gaps, and proposing strategic actions to maintain a competitive edge. What Success Looks Like Meet and exceed sales targets across your assigned B2B sectors. Deliver strong return on investment from events, trainings, and sales activities. Build high-impact partnerships that drive advocacy and conversion. Provide accurate, timely reporting on market activity, pipeline progress, and event outcomes. You will bring: Proven experience in Photo Channel sales or sales support (crucial). Background in B2B sales or sales support (preferred). Strong product knowledge—especially around prosumer and professional imaging products—is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyse data, make informed decisions, and find opportunities.
