Orthotics Product Specialist – Sales – North UK (including coverage or Ireland)
Thanks to our continued success and significant growth, Ortho Europe (OE) is once again looking to expand the UK sales team!
We are looking for an established and dynamic Orthotic Product Specialist / Sales Representative to cover the North of the UK to promote our expanding range of Ortho Europe and distributed Orthotic products, Crispin 3D Print Product Range and services and Orthopaedic Footwear from our Kenward and Ortho Europe Footwear brands.
The ideal candidate will have Orthotic selling experience in stock and custom products, having gained a thorough knowledge of selling to the orthopaedic rehabilitation sector, but we will welcome applications from candidates with strong healthcare sales experience. Experience as a practising CPO would be an advantage. The position is field based and involves travelling 60% of the time to customers in the designated territory.
As part of a newly formed division of the existing UK sales team, you will be responsible for representing Ortho Europe’s range of products, through well planned customer visits, product updates, education and remote support.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Promoting Ortho Europe’s products to customers: Orthotists, Podiatrists, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Plaster Room Technicians, Consultants, and B2B.
* Creating and working a territory plan in line with budget expectations through analysing sales trends and continuously monitoring performance to deliver growth within your territory.
* Advising and providing technical support to customers.
* Provide product demonstrations and technical application solutions relating to Ortho Europe’s products and services.
* Providing weekly activity updates and reporting to the Sales Manager.
Key Skills and requirements:
* UK resident with full UK passport and valid driving license.
* Committed to the highest standards of patient care.
* Organised and able to work in full autonomy.
* Orthotic product sales experience (including Footwear is desirable).
* Available to travel frequently (up to 60% of your time).
* Lives within designated region, North or South UK.
* Positive and proactive ’can-do’ attitude.
* Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships internally and externally.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* High standard of record keeping.
