About the Role:
This is an exciting role for someone at the start of their career, eager to learn about running a business within the tech industry. You will:
* Work closely with the CEO and the team to address customer and operational challenges.
* Develop a deep understanding of our business operations and software solutions.
* Communicate with customers to understand and solve their technical issues.
* Participate in testing our software to ensure it meets high-quality standards.
* Gain hands-on experience with data analysis and spreadsheet management.
* Learn about coding, particularly in SQL and Python
Responsibilities:
* Assist the CEO and team in daily operational tasks and strategic projects.
* Provide technical support to customers, understanding their needs and resolving issues.
* Collaborate with the development team to test new features and improvements.
* Analyse data and manage spreadsheets to support business decisions.
* Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Requirements:
* Technical mindset with a solid understanding of data and spreadsheet management.
* Comfortable communicating with customers and addressing their technical challenges.
* Basic coding experience, especially in SQL and Python, is a plus.
* Driven, proactive, and eager to learn about all aspects of running a business.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Working Hours:
Everyone at Payaca is expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. As the Technical Operations Associate, you may need to work outside of the typical 9-5 hours to achieve strategic goals and meet project deadlines. However, we are committed to ensuring a healthy work-life balance for our team, offering flexibility when needed to support both professional and personal well-being.
£25,000 to £35,000 per year, depending on current ability.
