The Role: As our Digital Marketer, you will take ownership of digital strategy execution, including managing high-impact social media and email marketing campaigns. You will work closely with management to elevate our brand presence, grow our audience, and ensure OnlineArtSchool.com stands out in a competitive marketplace. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Management : Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, driving brand awareness and user engagement. SEO : Collaborate with our SEO specialist to continually improve online visibility and ensure best SEO practices. Content Creation & Distribution : Create engaging content, manage distribution timelines, and follow brand guidelines for consistency and quality. Influencer & Partnership Marketing : Lead outreach and manage partnerships with influencers, aligning campaigns with overall business goals. Performance Analysis : Track and report on the success of digital campaigns, leveraging data to refine strategies and drive better results across international platforms. Email Marketing : Assist in lifecycle marketing efforts, including developing and optimising email campaigns and push notifications. Podcast : Assist in the production of engaging podcasts with artists while managing social media and online campaigns. Requirements: Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management and email marketing. Strong knowledge of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with a keen eye for producing shareable, viral content. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, and email marketing software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce compelling copy and reports. Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions. Creative and innovative thinker, passionate about driving brand growth and engagement.
