I am looking for an experienced Employment solicitor to join the highly regarded department of a top 200 firm based in Birmingham City Centre. My client are looking for knowledgeable solicitors that can take on a complex caseload, work directly with directors and partners on the most high value matters, and assist junior staff with their own development.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor to demonstrate leadership skills, take responsibility for more complex matters, and continue their development by enjoying dedicated training from some of the most experienced employment solicitors in the region.
The successful candidate will take on a caseload consisting of:
* Settlement Agreements
* Redundancy Matters
* Restructuring advice
* Workforce organisation
* HR Training
* Employment Contracts
The successful candidate will have at least 4 years PQE dealing with contentious and non-contentious ER matters. The ability to work well both within a team and upon ones own initiative is crucial, as is the desire to continue developing and learning.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
