Position: New Homes Sales Executive
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are working on behalf of our client to find an extremely experienced New Homes Sales Executive for their unique development in Oxfordshire. You must possess the current Consumer Code of Conduct and NHQB certificates and be able to hit the floor running. You will be working Thursday-Monday. Must be able to sell off plan.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales and guide buyers through the sales process.
* Provide expert advice and outstanding customer service.
* Meet sales targets.
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of the development and properties.
* Complete all necessary administrative tasks and reports.
* Sell off plan.
About You:
* Minimum of 3 years experience in new homes sales.
* Strong sales track record and target-driven.
* Excellent communication skills and professional approach.
