Job Description
Due to continued growth our Bardon site are now recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator on a full time permanent basis.
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Working hours : Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm.
As a Customer Service Administrator you will monitor and report stock movements to customers, offering outstanding support and customer service in a fast paced friendly environment and providing a continuous professional and dedicated service.
Key Duties of a Customer Service Administrator:
* Creating and communicating of all Customer reports and monitoring systems.
* Resolving customer queries, providing PODs, and interrogating system discrepancies.
* Liaising with Stock Team to resolve system issues.
* Gathering data and reporting site financials on daily and weekly basis.
* Compiling data for Customer Account Manager in preparation for reviews.
* Maintaining and tracking empty pallet movements for all customers.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Cover for Customer Services Manager.
* Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies.
* Other duties as reasonably required.
Qualifications
* Considerable experience working in a customer facing environment.
* Passion for delivery of excellent customer service within an ever growing business.
* Fantastic written and verbal communications, be able to adapt the communication style to meet different situations.
* Ability to use and interrogate WMS systems.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, Excel at Intermediate or above.
* Ability to work using own initiative and ability to manage own workload.
* Ability to solve problems methodically and actively seek resolutions.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills.
