Our client, a highly regarded organisation, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the delivery of their people strategy. The HR Business Partner role is new to this organisation and they are looking for someone who can come in and prove the validity of working with the line managers to coach them to deliver excellent results in HR. This role offers the chance to influence business outcomes and embed real organisational change, all while working alongside an inspiring leadership team.
Are you the kind of person we’re looking for?
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
* CIPD Level 5 qualification or above (or equivalent alternative).
* At least 3 years’ experience as a generalist HR Business Partner, ideally within a regulated environment such as the FCA.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR operational excellence.
* Proven experience in delivering and embedding change initiatives in fast-paced organisations.
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills to hold leaders accountable for driving change.
* A high level of analytical ability to identify trends and priorities.
* Effective coaching and communication skills to engage and develop managers.
