About You:You will be an experienced Clinical Psychologist with a strong background in delivering psychological therapy within primary care settings. Ideally, you are an accredited CBT therapist, qualified to deliver EMDR, although we are open to considering expertise in other modalities. A working knowledge of NHS Talking Therapies and NICE-recommended treatment protocols for Serious Mental Health Problems (SMHP) is essential. Main duties of the job Alongside the Inclusion Thurrock, Clinical Lead, this post holder is responsible for the provision of therapy within the Inclusion Thurrock, Psychological Therapy Service. This incorporates complex assessments leading to psychological formulations and treatment plans for patients within the service. As a senior clinician with specialist post-qualification training, the post holder will take responsibility for the development of specific psychological therapies across the service. This includes leading or contributing to training, supervision and governance aspects of the specific therapeutic model. You will ensure the systematic provision of a high quality specialist psychological therapy service to clients of the service team.
