Executive Search Researcher - Public Sector
My client is an award-winning consultancy that offers Executive Search, Interim Management, Board Advisory, Diversity & Inclusion and Managed Service People Solutions across the private, public and third sectors.
This firm’s mission is to shape a future where diversity, equality and inclusion are as valued in organisational decision-making as they are in society. Their aim is to help organisations to attract, identify, develop and retain trusted, inclusive, authentic and, most of all, highly effective leaders from different backgrounds to leverage the power of collective difference.
They have partnered with some of the leading British and international businesses and institutions, supporting them through times of dramatic change and transformation. As a result, we have expanded rapidly and are currently looking to grow the internal research team.
This firm is looking for highly motivated, confident individuals to support the executive search teams across all public sector practices. This encompasses clients across not for profit, healthcare, education, central government, local government and charitable sectors.
Research underpins everything this business does and a high-level of rigour, care and attention to detail is paramount. From desk research, networking, and headhunting to market mapping, salary benchmarking and insight projects, the work is remarkably varied. The projects are often complex challenges that require creative thinking, broad problem-solving skills and determination. You will therefore need to be naturally curious, detail oriented and will enjoy working at pace.
An understanding of executive search will be beneficial, however a strong interest in the areas of activity and knowledge of sector is paramount. The successful candidate will be well rewarded and supported with an ongoing training programme to help you develop your expertise in this area and to develop your own sector specialism.
