Head Nurse Hayward Care Centre, Devizes £24.34 per hour. 37.5 Hours per week - Mixture of some days 07:15 – 19:30, 09:30 – 16:30 and some weekends. The role of Head Nurse is pivotal within our homes. You will support the Home Manager with the management of the home, with a particular emphasis on clinical nursing leadership which can involve making critical decisions and managing clinical issues within a person-centred care model. The role holds responsibility for the quality of nursing assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation to
ensure that our residents receive an excellent standard of care. You will be responsible for leading, motivating and managing your team, actively monitoring and supervising care practices to ensure that high standards of nursing and personal care are met and, where necessary, you will provide clinical guidance and leadership. You will understand and manage the complexities of a multitude of clinical and psychological factors that affect the health and well-being of our elderly residents with a clear understanding of regulatory frameworks and will also have experience of or be willing to train in: * Medication
