Do you have experience as a Senior Salesforce Administrator? If you're analytical, detail oriented and seeking an opportunity to be our Salesforce expert, this could be an excellent opportunity for you. We're seeking a highly organised individual to join our Salesforce team on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.
You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our Salesforce platform to meet the diverse needs of our business. You'll work with SME's across the business to tailor the Salesforce platform to business requirements. As our platform expert, you'll work alongside our Lead Salesforce Developer to drive innovation and best practice. Additionally, you'll be responsible for leading and inspiring the Salesforce Admin team, ensuring a collaborative and high performing environment. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
What you'll be doing:
1. You'll be the Salesforce platform expert, working alongside our Lead Salesforce Developer to drive innovation and best practices.
2. Managing and prioritising workload backlogs effectively.
3. Collaborating with key business stakeholders to deeply understand their requirements and transform them into actionable changes that drive success.
4. Engage with IT stakeholders, particularly architecture teams, to contribute valuable insights into the future roadmap of our Salesforce platform.
5. Champion security and compliance, ensuring that all Salesforce changes meet rigorous standards.
6. Take charge of Production Ticket and Incident Management, resolving issues swiftly and efficiently.
7. Evaluating the viability of the Salesforce Roadmap, proactively identifying potential challenges and uncovering new opportunities for growth.
8. Supporting regular reporting and penetration tests.

What you'll bring:
1. Previous Salesforce experience with an understanding of financial services is essential.
2. Knowledge and experience with Administration Essentials for Experienced Admins in Lightning Experience (ADX211).
3. Proven management experience, particularly in successfully leading a small team to achieve collective goals.
4. Experience in collaborating effectively with diverse teams in high-pressure environments whilst building positive relationships.
5. Proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering understanding and alignment.
6. Exhibit flexibility and adaptability in response to changing demands.
7. Possess the confidence to assertively decline requests when necessary.
8. Highly organised, detail oriented and creative approach to problem solving.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
