Job Description:
Main responsibilities:
1. Campaign Execution (25%): Plan and deliver marketing campaigns, including email, digital, and paid media. Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and performance to ensure alignment with business goals.
2. Content & Website Management (25%): Create and manage website content, ensuring it’s optimized and up-to-date. Work with internal teams to generate and publish engaging content aligned with Ventrica’s messaging.
3. Events, Town Halls & Conference Management (15%): Organize and manage internal and external events, town halls, and conferences. Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.
4. Social Media & Public Relations (25%): Manage social media accounts, creating content and engaging with audiences. Support PR efforts, including press releases and media outreach, to enhance brand visibility.
5. Performance Reporting & Market Research (10%): Track campaign performance and gather insights to inform future marketing efforts. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Experience:
1. Used to managing smaller teams and being in the detail.
2. Confident in running and managing social media platforms.
3. Ability to create engaging content.
We will require the candidate to be on site at Ventrica HQ at least once every 2 weeks (for a day, or possibly 2 days each time).
