An opportunity has arisen to join our organisation which owns a large and varied portfolio of 950 properties producing a rent roll of approximately £6 million per annum. Based in Dalziel Building Motherwell, you will assist in the provision of a clerical support service and be responsible for maintaining electronic and manual filing systems, processing standard documentation, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, and updating and maintaining databases and registers. You will provide a professional reception and enquiries service, dealing effectively and proactively with all enquiries received.
You will have moderate experience of working in a busy office environment, be computer literate, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, have excellent keyboard skills along with data processing experience. You will have experience of processing financial documents and invoices, displaying a high level of accuracy whilst working in line with financial regulations.
You will require a flexible approach to your work, have good communication and organisational skills, work well under pressure, show initiative, and prioritize your workload to meet deadlines. You must also work well as part of a team.
