You’ll also develop strong working relationships with both customers and internal teams, ensuring every interaction is handled with the highest level of care and professionalism.

* Collaborate with the Sales and Sales Operations teams to deliver exceptional customer service
* Manage and track sales opportunities through to completion
* Process contracts accurately and efficiently
* Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, providing helpful, timely assistance
* Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and internal team membersLogging and tracking sales requests and orders on internal systems
* Other administration duties to ensure the smooth running of the Sales Operations department
