About The Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Image Transfer Administrator to join us at Alliance Medical. Based out of the Alliance Medical Hub, our head office in Warwick, where we have teams of dedicated support services who are instrumental in helping our local teams deliver a quality service for our patients and customers as well as housing support services for our employees. You will be working as part of the Image Transfer team, you will be responsible for the support and operational management of Alliance Medical's internal and external image transfer. The image transfer role is a key function that uses internal and externally hosted systems to manage the image flow of diagnostic images to reporting clinicians and referring entities. This is a permanent, full time position working Mon-Sat, 40 hours per week spread across shifts. 8-8. Please note that we will be interviewing throughout the duration of this advert. Skills And Experience As a successful applicant you should have: Demonstrable customer service experience in a busy customer/patient orientated service environment or equivalent Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build successful working relationships Ability to communicate image transfer issues and relate the implications of any such issues back to the business. An understanding of clinical imaging processes An understanding of RIS and PACS systems Experience using Microsoft office tools such as excel and word.
