We have an exciting opportunity for a Bid Coordinator based in the Nottingham office - this role comes with 2 days a week working from home. We are recruiting two vacancies and would like to appoint two fantastic graduates. As the bid coordinator you will work with a variety of stakeholders to answer questions and provide quotes posed in public tenders. Your responses will be accurate, compelling, persuasive and meet the requirements and evaluation criteria of the tender. To start with you will be given quotations to build and elements of a tender to complete with a view to take full ownership of the end-to-end commodity bidding process and create winning propositions through leveraging the capabilities, solutions and services of XMA and its partners. LOCATION: Nottingham hybrid with two days a week working from home. COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire. We are looking for a Graduate with an English, Business Studies or Economics degree or Masters. This role would also suit someone with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. Relevant experience of writing, including copywriting, text authoring and quality checking would be advantageous as well as being commercially minded, flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously whilst working to deadlines.
