About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated, personable, and experienced Night Manager to join our exceptional Front Office team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in delivering 5-star service and knows how to create memorable guest experiences. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the hotel overnight, representing senior management and ensuring operations run smoothly. Youll lead the Night Team, warmly welcome late arrivals, and handle any guest needs with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee hotel operations during the night shift
Ensure a seamless guest experience from check-in to departure
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
Perform Night Audit duties and ensure accurate reporting
Maximise room occupancy using up-selling techniques
Monitor health & safety, complete night walks, and manage emergencies
Support and develop the Night Team through training and appraisals
Full-time position with 4 on / 4 off schedule (12-hour shifts)
About You:
Previous experience as a Night Manager in a luxury hotel
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficient in Opera and general IT systems
Calm under pressure, with a keen eye for detail
Flexible, intuitive, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service
Impeccable grooming and presentation
