About the Role
We have an opportunity for an experienced business support administrator to join us as a Senior Business Administrator for the Social Work Academy in Children’s Social Care. The Social Work Academy is the centre for learning and development of our Children’s Social Care workforce as well as supporting new starters and recruitment pathways into social work. The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Administration Lead and also a second Senior Business Administrator
Duties will include:-
9. Lead on admin support for a portfolio of allocated programmes related to learning or recruitment (e.g. ASYE, Students, International, Year 2, Systemic etc.)
10. Deliver an all-round level of support for the programme activity, to include arranging events, managing bookings, tracking attendance or completion of activity (use of Learning Management System), development and preparation of learning materials.
11. Support the set up of new starters, including students, who are part of the programme.
12. Support the evaluation and feedback of the programmes to feed into developments and improvements.
13. To undertake any other key duty in relation to the programmes or running of the Academy.

You will have proven leadership and administration skills and evidence of strong IT and communication skills. You will be able to demonstrate a flexible approach with an ability to manage your workload to meet deadlines. You will be very organised and able to deal with competing priorities.
