Trust Housing Association has 2 fantastic opportunities for a Care & Support Worker (HCW) - Older People to join our team based in Alloa, Clackmannanshire. You will join us on a part-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive hourly rate.

* Location: West Lodge Gardens, Alloa, Clackmannanshire FK10 2HX
* Hourly Rate: GBP12.25 - GBP12.50 per hour (Pay Award Pending)
* Availability: Flexible shifts (morning and back shifts) including alternate weekends
* Guaranteed Hours: Average 20 hours over 4 days on a rolling 2-week rota basis
* Job Type: Permanent Contract

As a Care & Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting older and vulnerable adults in their own homes. Operating between 8.00am and 10.00pm seven days a week, you'll provide assistance with daily living tasks based on individual care plans. Your empathetic approach will make a real difference to our tenants' lives.
Skills and experience we're looking for in our Care & Support Worker (HCW) - Older People:
* Experience in the care sector and working with older people or other vulnerable members of a community.
* Holds an SVQ in Health and Social Care or relevant qualification.
* Demonstrates good written and verbal communication skills.
* Possesses basic IT skills.
Previous experience is preferred but not essential; we provide comprehensive training and support. What matters most is your passion, empathy, and dedication to helping our tenants live their lives to the fullest.
