We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Sales Director to join our team in the South West region. This exciting opportunity will involve leading a regional team of managers to deliver outstanding results, managing the region's performance, and identifying issues to resolve problems swiftly for our clients and customers.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be data literate, and know how to use data to influence outcomes both in selling situations and in analyzing and monitoring team performance. They will also be comfortable working under pressure, have great time management skills, and be able to lead and motivate their team.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, company car, fuel card, tablet, phone, incentive scheme, pension, life assurance, 30 days' holiday, and healthshield care plan.
