Due to continued business growth, our client in the Worcester area is looking for an experienced Customer Service Admin to join their fun and vibrant team!

* Salary - £23,000 to £26,000 per annum
* Hours of work – Monday to Thursday 09:00am – 17:00pm, 16:00pm finish on Friday

Role & Responsibilities:
* Process orders, manage dispatch, and generate invoices.
* Create customer quotes and distribute samples.
* Conduct sales and financial reporting.
* Monitor stock levels and manage reordering based on forecasts.
* Deliver exceptional customer service as the primary contact point.
* Prepare reports and support basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and payment tracking.
Required Skills & Experience:
* (Preferred) Some experience in stock control.
* (Preferred) Some knowledge in interior and houseware trends.
* Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook.
* Professional telephone manner and confident answering inbound calls.
* Key attention to detail.
