As part of the UK Systems Marketing Team, you will oversee the marketing and merchandising of laptops, desktops, and handhelds across various brands within key UK retail channels, including Currys and Amazon. Your goal will be to drive demand, support product launches, and maximize sell-through both online and in-store. This role is critical for building partnerships with key retailers and delivering impactful marketing strategies tailored to the nuances of each channel. Key Responsibilities Channel Marketing Ownership : Manage all marketing initiatives for ‘Systems’ products in designated retail channels, both online and in-store. Co-Marketing Plans : Develop, present, and execute quarterly co-marketing strategies in alignment with retailer priorities to drive demand and product sell-through. Product Launch Coordination : Facilitate the successful launch of new products across assigned channels, ensuring proper representation online and in-store. Merchandising Support : Provide all necessary product assets, including detailed pages, online brand store visuals, and rich-media/A content. Traffic Generation : Develop on-site and off-site acquisition tactics to attract customers to products in your retail channels. Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with retail partners across various levels and roles. Asset Creation : Collaborate with the in-house design team to develop marketing materials that align with retail campaigns. In-Store Excellence : Work closely with the field marketing team to ensure impactful in-store displays and gather insights for continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Alignment : Collaborate with marketing leads across consumer PC, gaming, and commercial teams to ensure consistent messaging. Budget & Reporting : Maintain accurate budget management, handle proof of execution (POE) reporting, and deliver transparent performance reports for optimization. Vendor Collaboration : Work with vendors such as Intel, AMD, Microsoft, and NVIDIA to secure financial support and ensure compliance with co-marketing agreements. Ideal Candidate Profile Marketing experience in retail, e-commerce, or related fields. Strong project management and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Analytical mindset to assess and optimize marketing initiatives. Creative thinker with the ability to translate product value into compelling marketing campaigns. Familiarity with managing budgets and reporting on marketing activities.
