Following unprecedented growth and success over the past couple of years, we’re on the look-out for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Executive with a strong background in B2B marketing automation platforms, SEO, data and analytics, and excellent Excel skills. Familiarity with basic HTML and CSS is also required. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns for our clients to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
Key responsibilities
Marketing Automation
1. Develop, implement, and manage B2B marketing campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
2. Create, segment, and nurture email marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
3. Set up and manage email nurture sequences to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
4. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
SEO
5. Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies to improve organic search rankings.
6. Utilize SEO tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, or Moz to track and analyse website performance.
7. Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are applied.
Data and Analytics
8. Set up and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tracking and analytics.
9. Analyse website traffic and user behaviour using Google Analytics.
10. Generate and interpret data reports to measure campaign performance and ROI.
11. Use data insights to optimize marketing strategies and drive business growth.
Basic HTML/CSS
12. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
Email and Landing Pages
13. Create and design email and landing pages using pre-built templates.
14. Customize and optimize templates to match campaign objectives and branding guidelines.
CMS Skills
15. Manage and update website content using CMS platforms such as WordPress and HubSpot.
16. Create and optimise landing pages within CMS platforms to support marketing campaigns.
17. Ensure all web content is aligned with SEO best practices and brand guidelines.
Marketing Integration Tools
18. Utilise marketing integration tools such as Zapier to streamline and automate marketing processes.
19. Integrate various marketing platforms to ensure seamless data flow and campaign execution.
Website Performance Monitoring
20. Monitor the performance of client websites to ensure optimal user engagement and conversion rates.
21. Create detailed performance reports, highlighting key metrics and insights.
22. Make data-driven recommendations to improve user engagement and conversions.
Website Development Projects
23. Assist with managing website development projects (not coding).
24. Testing and actioning website bugs.
25. Feeding back progress from developers to client services and flagging any issues.
26. Website audits (crawls, analytics and SEO).
Collaboration
27. Collaborate with client services, design, and strategy teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
28. Work closely with client services and the strategy team to understand client goals and objectives.
29. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with client business objectives.
30. Communicate campaign performance and insights to clients regularly.
General
31. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
32. Assist in the development of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Key responsibilities
33. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
34. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically within a B2B environment.
35. Proficiency with B2B marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
36. Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with SEO tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
37. Advanced data analysis skills, including experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
38. Excellent Excel skills, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization.
39. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
40. Experience creating and designing email and landing pages from templates.
41. Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress and HubSpot.
42. Familiarity with marketing integration tools such as Zapier is an advantage.
43. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
44. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
45. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
