How the role will make an impact:
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our HR team. You will play a key role in supporting the HR function, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the HR and payroll administration and general HR support. This role is perfect for an experienced HR Administrator seeking a new challenge and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
2. Process payroll, including handling queries and liaising with operational leads as well as finance.
3. Assist with recruitment administration, onboarding and employee record management.
4. Support the HR team with policy administration, absence tracking and benefits coordination.
5. Handle HR-related queries and provide first-line support to employees.
6. Support with the administration of people related initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing the employee experience and operational efficiency.
7. Support the HR team with some ER casework including notetaking in meetings, drafting letters and tracking cases.
Key Skills:
1. Previous experience in an HR administration role with exposure to HR and payroll processes.
2. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with employees at all levels.
3. A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify and implement process enhancements.
4. Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft packages including Excel.
6. An understanding of HR policies, procedures and employment law would be an advantage.
7. Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
