They offer data analysis, insights and multi-channel development to drive customer acquisition and loyalty for their retail accounts.
About the Role: Account Director
You’ll manage a portfolio of retail accounts, working as an integral part of your clients’ teams working on innovative marketing strategies backed by data insights. You'll oversee every aspect of client engagement.
Experience:
Proven marketing background with a focus on retail, CRM, and data-driven campaigns. This could be working at a retail brand or working at a data, CRM or marketing agency where you have focused on smaller retail accounts / mail order retail.
An understanding of paid media
Proficient in implementing data-driven marketing strategies in organizations where the direct channel plays a pivotal role, particularly in multi-channel retail environments.
Extensive expertise in developing, planning, briefing, executing, and measuring direct response campaigns across both online and offline channels.
Relationship Management: Able to build rapport and trust, engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Highly commercial, Innovative, results-driven, and eager to deliver excellence.
The salary for this role is £60k–£70k and the role is based predominantly from home but some visits to the London office or clients will be required.
