Digital Specialist - Website Development & Performance
Location: Birmingham, England, United Kingdom
Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hrs a week)
Working Model: Hybrid working - min 3 days office/max 2 days working from home
Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years experience working on Ecommerce platforms, ideally BigCommerce.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the technical development and trading performance of B2B websites within Lifetime Brands Europe.
2. Coordinate with key stakeholders on new integrations, website developments, builds and re-platforms.
3. Responsible for on-site content and online merchandising.
4. Translate technical information into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
5. Accountable for updates required to the B2B catalogue ordering app, ‘PixSell’.
6. Troubleshoot issues for customers ordering through digital systems.
7. Generate and share reports analyzing data and implement improvements based on insights.
8. Work with sales teams, customers, and third parties to facilitate a best-in-class experience.
9. Support the wider Ecommerce team with software integrations and sharing of digital best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Significant experience of working on Ecommerce platforms, ideally BigCommerce & Shopify.
2. Good working knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics.
3. Awareness of PIM systems/integrations and OMS systems/integrations (desirable but not essential).
4. Proficient in software and technology, including MS Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
