Customer Service Assistant
Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm
£25,000 – £27,000
20 days holiday increasing to 25 days, pension, healthcare, gym membership and modern air-conditioned offices
We are currently recruiting a confident and forward-thinking Customer Service Assistant that will provide excellent customer service to customers whilst supporting the Customer Service Manager. The suitable candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Professionally answering customer queries via phone and email
• Resolving queriers that the customer may have, in a timely manner
• Provide accurate information to customers where necessary
• Provide General support to the management team including travel requirements
• Process customer purchase orders and create invoices
• Ensure all internal hospitality and catering requirements are met
• Work well with other departments to meet customer needs
Key Requirements:
• Strong communication skills via phone, email and face to face
• Have strong problem-solving skills
• Sap experience is preferred
• Hold a full clean driving licence is a prerequisite
• Excellent data entry skills whilst working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience working in a customer service / office environment is essential
• A proactive approach to delivering excellent customer service
