Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative/s Required for the start of the new season! (March)

We require Team Leaders & mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative/s within Cannock and surrounding areas. This is a mobile role and pick up/drop off can be arranged depending on your location.
You must have:
* Experience of managing a small team
* Ability to work independently or within a small team
* Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
* Experience using hand-held power tools, such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.
* A valid driver's license is essential
The job:
* Mobile role working on various multi-site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks, and open spaces
* Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites
* Working within a small team
* Customer service interaction is essential to ensure the client is satisfied with the work carried out
* Company van and mobile iPad are provided
* Vehicle checks

Salary: £30k-£40k based on approximately 50 hours per week (unlimited overtime may be available at a premium rate).
