Key Responsibilities:
* Strategy Development:
* Design and implement marketing strategies to support business objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
* Campaign Management:
* Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, events, etc.).
* Analyze campaign performance and ROI, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
* Content & Brand Management:
* Oversee the creation of marketing content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
* Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling visuals and materials.
* Digital Marketing:
* Manage website updates, SEO strategies, and paid digital advertising campaigns.
* Utilize analytics tools to monitor traffic and engagement metrics.
* Team Leadership & Collaboration:
* Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals (if applicable).
* Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.
* Budget Management:
* Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
* Event Planning:
* Organize and manage events, such as product launches, webinars, and industry conferences.
Required Skills:
* Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term marketing plans.
* Project Management: Proven skills in managing multiple projects, timelines, and budgets.
* Data-Driven Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation software.
* Creativity: Innovative mindset to create engaging campaigns and solve complex problems.

Experience and Qualifications:
* Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
* Professional Experience:
* 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
* Proven track record of successful campaign execution and measurable results.
* Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager).
* Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
* Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Preferred Attributes:
* Familiarity with the industry and target audience demographics.
* Strong network within the marketing and media industry.
