My client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to work within their maintenance department.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Answering telephones, acting as first point of contact for customers
2. Taking payments from customers
3. Accepting deliveries
4. Raising maintenance orders on our booking software
5. Communicating with customers to book in repairs and maintenance calls in a timely manner ensuring our contract KPI's are met
6. Organising and liaising with operatives carrying out the repairs
7. Ordering of parts required for the repairs
8. Writing up of invoices/SOR codes
9. Covering the Gas/Plumbing service department during annual leave periods
Experience:
1. Minimum 1 years experience in maintenance and repairs
