Position: Business Intelligence Analyst
Location: Remote with occasional travel to London and other UK locations.
As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Impellam Group, you will be responsible for gathering, interpreting, and transforming data into actionable insights to drive business decisions. Working within the CO Team, you will liaise across the company to collate data, ensure its accuracy, and contribute towards the organisation's strategic growth through the development of analytical solutions and impactful data-driven recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, opportunities for business growth and optimization, and customer-centric practices.
Create insightful reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess business performance.
Collaborate across the organisation to ensure the availability and integrity of data.
Extract, clean, and organize large data sets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Identify and troubleshoot data-related issues to maintain data quality.
Support the data collation of global pricing responses.
Work with our Reporting Team to develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations for monitoring business performance.
Provide actionable recommendations to help stakeholders meet strategic goals.
Translate business objectives into data analysis solutions to answer key questions and support decision-making and recommendations.
Provide CXO Global SLT with visibility of strategically important WFS customer activity, satisfaction, and opportunity.
Support the data consolidation and submission of 3rd party research firms, such as SIA and Everest.Skills Required:
Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
Knowledge of data visualization best practices.Soft Skills:
