Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy Complex Care & Commissioning Team, Mental Health & Learning Disabilities Service Group, based in Glanrhyd Hospital.
We are looking to recruit part time (30 hours per week).
The successful candidate will need to be able to organise and prioritise own workload and work on their own initiative.
They should have good numeracy skills and office administration experience and an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
Experience of working in Mental Health & Learning Disabilities is desirable but not essential.
If you are driven, enthusiastic, and are suitably qualified, this post will offer an exciting new challenge.
Full training will be given.
Main duties of the job
Providing comprehensive administration support to Complex Care and Commissioning Team
Providing and distributing reports for specific areas of work to the relevant teams.
The post holder will process documents accurately and as directed by the manager, will demonstrate self-directed development and practice of administrative systems.
When required arrange meetings and associated paperwork, taking and transcribing minutes, distributing agendas, paperwork and approved minutes effectively in a timely manner.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
