This Engineering Supervisor position is based in the area of Dewsbury. The hours of work are flexible, between 6am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, for a total of 40 hours per week.
This Engineering Supervisor position offers a basic salary of circa £43,000 – £45,000 DOE, plus a 5% KPI bonus, a company pension matched to 10%, and a generous holiday allowance. Overtime is also available, potentially increasing earnings to over £50K.

Duties of Engineering Supervisor:
1. Undertaking site improvement projects and leading the maintenance team
2. The deployment of maintenance plans and systems, driving PPMs and addressing any reactive maintenance on site
3. Being an integral part of a small team of engineers working Monday to Friday
4. Responsible for leading and implementing PPM schedules
5. Responsible for identifying and eliminating recurring plant issues through engineering improvements and RCA

Experience and Qualifications Required for Engineering Supervisor:
1. Engineering Qualified – City & Guilds Level 3, ONC, BTEC Level 3 AND NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering OR UK Engineering Apprenticeship in Engineering or equivalent
2. Strong Health and Safety awareness
3. Previous experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Engineering Maintenance Technician, Lead Engineer, etc.
4. Previous experience of undertaking maintenance within a manufacturing environment
5. Previous experience of the deployment and application of PPM activities and reactive maintenance
