Nottingham City are looking to build a new team of 3 x Adult Social Workers to complete CHC Assessments.
Responsibilities:
1. Complete CHC Assessments.
2. Write assessments and have experience in a similar role.
3. Negotiate effectively and handle difficult conversations.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Must have 2 years Local Authority experience.
2. Must be 3 years qualified minimum.
3. Experience and strength in continued healthcare.
4. Recognised Social Work qualification (Social Work Degree or Diploma in Social Work) and full Social Work England registration.
5. Recent or significant relevant experience in a similar role.
6. Any previous experience as an advanced practitioner is highly desirable.
This position requires a minimum of 2-3 office days per week due to completion of assessments; however, the hiring manager is happy to negotiate this for the right candidate.
