Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our team.
Responsibilities:
* Work with the customer service team and react to customer requests, prioritising based on SLA and contractual requirements.
* Proactively manage time and anticipate potential problems.
* Handle customer calls, emails, and queries from first contact to resolution.
* Create, send, and follow up on quotes for customers.
* Communicate with customers regarding job statuses and outstanding quotations.
* Engage with original equipment manufacturers about warranty approvals.
* Ensure accurate data uploads onto the online system.
* Collaborate with Managers to solve problems and escalate queries as needed.
* Set up service appointments on Salesforce and maintain accurate appointment statuses.
* Maintain a high standard of professionalism with customers, engineers, and team members.
Experience:
* Previous experience handling customer queries and resolving complaints is advantageous.
* Experience in a customer service setting is preferred.
* Ability to work effectively within a team.
Requirements:
* Strong customer-focused service orientation.
* Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced role with varying challenges.
* Confident and clear communicator, both written and verbally.
* High levels of organisation and time management, with the ability to multitask efficiently.

* Monday to Friday, 8.30am until 5.00pm
Education:
* GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
* Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
