POSITION SUMMARY The Global Talent Consultant is responsible for the coordination of the core Talent Management processes – Talent Identification, Succession Planning (including Global Organisation Talent Review (OTR)) & Talent Reviews. Supporting the Global Head of Talent in a range of Talent Development activities, the successful candidate will collaborate with a network of Global & Country HR contacts, senior leaders & AXA Group colleagues in a matrix organisation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Global OTR Process Coordination Coordinate the global OTR implementation ensuring a seamless and smooth process, prepare reports and analysis of the outputs to inform talent strategies Working with HR teams, ensure that active development plans are in place for those in target talent segments Working with L&D teams, support development programmes for key segments Talent Management Functional Support Provide advice and guidance on effective talent management strategies to stakeholders Promote Talent Management initiatives internally and externally Monitor talent management practices internally and externally and identify best practices that could be implemented by AXA Partners Data Management and Analytics Create and monitor talent KPIs & dashboards in coordination with HR analytics teams and prepare appropriate analysis to inform talent strategies Ensure the quality of talent data in the relevant HRIS e.g. succession plans, talent ratings Talent Development Coordination Support the design, implementation, evaluation and follow-up of the talent development activities Coaching\: manage the internal coaching pool and requests for coaching using our external approved provider Coordinate the usage of 360 & psychometric tools, including administration and training of new users LI-EN LI-Hybrid KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Knowledge & experience in Talent Management activities Experience in design & facilitation of learning sessions to enhance learner knowledge and understanding of key activities or processes Experience in individual development solutions e.g. psychometrics, coaching, 360 tools (preferred) Able to build & maintain effective working relationships in an international matrix team environment Strong Project Management & analytical/data skills Results and solution oriented and able to work well independently Client/stakeholder focused, and able to work with & influence senior stakeholders Fluent spoken and written English is required, other languages (esp French) is desirable Proficiency with the MS Office in Excel and Power Point By joining AXA Partners, you will work in a responsible company, which offers a real culture of expertise & diversity.
