You should be as comfortable brainstorming new ways to captivate a fanbase as you are presenting a polished pitch to a brand manager or retailer. Key Responsibilities: Lead creative strategy for consumer brand campaigns and retail activations, with a focus on entertainment partnerships and seasonal activations. Distil consumer insights into actionable strategies that connect retail, media, and experiential activations. Leverage film, TV, and gaming IP to create brand partnerships that drive engagement and sales across key retail channels. Work with the creative team to ideate and develop innovative concepts that align with both consumer and brand objectives. Present strategic recommendations to clients, guiding them from insight to activation, and crafting solutions that resonate with both consumers and retailers. About You: A minimum of 5 years in a creative strategy or planning role, with a strong focus on consumer brands and retail activations. Experience developing campaigns that integrate entertainment IP into consumer marketing strategies. Proven track record of working with FMCG brands, building partnerships that impact consumer purchasing decisions. Ability to take insights and transform them into creative ideas that engage consumers across multiple touchpoints, including in-store, online, and via social channels. Strong presentation skills and ability to inspire both internal teams and external clients. Working pattern: This agency work a hybrid pattern of 3 days in the studio and 2 remotely Salary: c£40-£50K bens, subject to skills and exprience
