An excellent opportunity for a qualified or part-qualified Audit Senior looking to advance to a management role within our expanding audit team covering the Yorkshire area.
Working in the Audit function, you will be engaged in Audits with a customer base across the Yorkshire region and a great variety of industries. Revenues from £20m to £100m, this position will get great exposure to the client base, and as a result can own their engagements, allowing good progression opportunity.
The client is open to a solely Audit position as well as an Audit and Accounts role.
Job Purpose:
1. Conduct senior audit work and support the audit team.
2. Prepare company accounts and tax returns.
3. Prepare personal tax returns.
4. Progress to managing audit work and accountancy clients.
5. Train team members.
Skills and Experience:
1. 3 years of accounting and audit experience.
2. Strong attention to detail.
3. Good written and technical skills.
4. Strong prioritisation and organisation skills.
5. Ability to handle confidential information.
Qualifications:
1. ACA or ACCA qualified, or part qualified.
