The responsibilities of the Head Waiter are: Ensuring a fast and efficient service is provided to members and their guests. Table service to members and their guests The Experience & Qualifications required as Head Waiter are: Significant experience in a similar role in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel or private member's club advantageous The working hours for this role are on a rota basis with shifts falling between Monday - Saturday.
