Job Description Job Title: Project Manager - New Client Account Mobilisations Location: Manchester (Hybrid working) with travel to France as required Department: Operations - New Client Mobilisations Project Management Reports To: VP Operations / (Senior) Director of Operations Job Summary: The Project Manager - New Client Account Mobilisations will be responsible for leading and managing the successful setup and delivery of new PRGX client accounts. This Project Manager role will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, execution and delivery of complex Client Account Mobilisations engaging with Client Finance, Commercial Trading, IT and Executive sponsors as well as the PRGX delivery team. This role will involve planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle to ensure timely and efficient mobilisation of the Client Service provision. The Project Manager will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all client requirements are met, risks are managed, and project goals are achieved. This is a newly formed role within PRGX and will report into the VP Audit Operations and work in conjunction with the relevant Director of Audit Operations to help optimise the time taken to mobilise new audits from contract signature to the completion of the set-up of the recovery audit projects. Successful candidates will lead the end-to-end delivery of significant Client Mobilisation Projects with some of the largest organisations in Europe across multiple sectors including, but not limited to Retail, FMCG, Banking, Manufacturing, and Pharmaceutical. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape our approach to Client Mobilisation Projects building out our framework to optimise delivery and establish standards for future mobilisations. Initially this will be a very hands-on role to support the mobilisation of a number of large projects in H2 2024 and 2025, but has the opportunity to shape the framework for future Client Mobilisation Projects and establish standards for future mobilisations across our global service lines. Key Responsibilities: - Project Planning and Initiation: - Develop a comprehensive project plan that outline the scope, timeline, resources, and milestones for new client account mobilisations. - To create and maintain a standard documentation (project plan, task tracking, project progress updates, etc.) templates for all future new client account mobilisations. - Conduct kick-off meetings with clients and internal teams to clarify project objectives, deliverables, and expectations. - Identify necessary resources, including personnel (client and PRGX), technology, and budget requirements. - Stakeholder Management: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the mobilisation process. - Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment. - Identification and escalation of tasks both internally and with client key contacts that have not been completed within the agreed timeframes. - Able to constructively challenge and hold others to account, whilst maintaining positive relationships - Project Execution and Monitoring: - Pro-actively drive the execution of project tasks, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, ensuring stakeholder engagement across the client and PRGX organisation. - Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make necessary changes to the plan to address any deviations. - Conduct regular status meetings and provide detailed reports on project performance - both internal and client facing. - Risk Management: - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them. - Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal impact on project delivery. - Quality Assurance: - Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. - Implement and oversee quality control processes to maintain high standards of service delivery. - Project Closure: - Conduct project closure activities on handover into the BAU Operations delivery, including post-project evaluations, lessons learned, and client feedback sessions. - Ensure all project documentation is completed and archived appropriately. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. - PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification. - Minimum of three years of experience in project management, preferably in client account mobilisations or a related area. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. - Proficiency in project management software.
