REED are actively recruiting a Part Time Receptionist for a busy professional services client based in New Milton. Receptionist Location: New Milton Working Days: Monday and Friday (with additional hours available) Pay Rate: £12.21 - £14.00 per hour This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, organised, and enjoys being the first point of contact in a professional setting. You will provide excellent customer service and administrative support, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. Day-to-day of the role: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings. Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
