What will you be doing?
As an administrator, you will follow established processes to provide high quality support to students and academics across the University.

As part of our Frontline Services team, you will work in a dedicated, customer-facing team, based across one of our six Student Service Centres. The focus of your role will be delivering a high-quality service to support students throughout their time at the university. You will provide cover across a range of services, including supporting students on our live chat, through virtual appointments, on our CRM system, or in person, depending on what the student needs.
As a member of our Customer Service team, you will be motivated to deliver high standards of service, and you will be required to be on campus for 100% of the time to support the in-person student experience. Work patterns tend to fall between 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday and these are fixed term, full-time posts (36.25 hours).

This position is available on a fixed term contract for a period of 12 months. Job share arrangements may be considered. Requests for secondment from internal candidates may be considered on the basis that prior agreement has been sought from both your current line manager and the manager of your substantive post.
