Job Title: Chef de Partie - Breakfast
Location: St Andrews, Fife
Contract: Permanent, Full-time

As a Chef de Partie at Fairmont, St. Andrews you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen working alongside a fantastic and welcoming team.

A little bit about what you will be doing:
* Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions to improve the environment and menus
* Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to property recipes and standards
* Run a section smoothly and efficiently
* Work on the pass during service hours
* Provide clear instructions to junior team members
* Provide training and guidance to commis and demi chefs
* Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback
* Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.
* Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
* Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
* Eligible to work in the UK
