Role Overview: Due to the new product launch, we are looking for a proactive and motivated IT Project Analyst to join the projects team in rolling out the new product to their full client base and new customers. The responsibilities of the role include supporting the Projects Team with overseeing and coordinating projects, contributing to project planning, preparing and maintaining documentation, reviewing contracts and financials, monitoring project activities, and evaluating the overall project.
Responsibilities:
* Contribute to Project Planning including feasibility analysis to ensure consistency with customer’s requirements.
* Evaluate and Monitor Progress.
* Help Manage Projects, coordinating with stakeholders and consultants, conducting internal meetings, reviewing finances, and streamlining workflow to keep the project on schedule.
* Perform Data Analysis, monitoring and analysing data to produce insights and action recommendations.
* Create Documentation, maintaining project documentation, including schedules, resource plans, RAID Logs, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes.
Requirements:
* Organisation Skills: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration at all levels.
* Project Management: Previous management experience is advantageous.
* Project Methodology: Familiarity with Prince2 or similar methodologies is preferred; training will be provided.
* Data Analysis: Comfort with software programs to process data; knowledge of MS Project, Salesforce, and Excel is advantageous.
* Business Knowledge: Solid understanding of business and operational fundamentals; previous experience delivering software projects is an advantage.
* Technical Knowledge: Understanding technical subjects and interacting with technical stakeholders is important.
The successful applicant will be a highly organised person with first-class communication skills, able to champion project objectives and respond positively to stakeholder challenges.
