A well-established tech-based company is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join their team. The Sales Account Manager will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with customers, developing new customers, and ensuring their requirements are met efficiently. As a sales administrator, you will be responding to customer enquiries and quotations, maintaining databases, and supporting Business Development Managers.
Sales Account Manager Responsibilities:
* Promote relevant products, solutions, and technologies to both existing and potential clients
* Deliver exceptional customer service and support
* Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various market sectors
* Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
* Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
* Highly organised with excellent time management abilities
* Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen interest in technology and business development
* Familiarity with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of barcoding and labelling systems is advantageous but not essential
