We have an exciting opportunity for a Race Operations Coordinator to join our Circuit Logistics team based in our Biggin Hill office. In this role, you will be providing logistics assistance to the event operations, which includes:
1. Liaising with race circuit representatives, internal and external suppliers regarding the hire of ancillary equipment and services at events worldwide.
2. Coordinating contractor requirements.
3. Assisting and coordinating logistical planning and implementation, including work patterns/attendance and freight.
4. Assisting and coordinating team travel, ensuring that travel plans are submitted on time in as much advance as possible.
5. Assisting with budget tracking throughout the year.
6. Managing TV compound accreditation.
7. Providing administrative assistance, including but not limited to:
1. Arranging meetings.
2. Preparing and distributing minutes.
3. Administering documentation, databases, and contact lists.
4. Raising purchase orders.
5. Creation and completion of company forms and reports.
Specification:
1. Previous administrative or assistant experience.
2. Good organisational skills.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Proficient in MS Office.
5. Dependable with the ability to work both unsupervised and as part of a team.
6. Ability to participate in rig/de-rig of the technical systems around the circuit.
7. UK driving license with experience driving abroad.
8. Ability to travel internationally.
