We are seeking an Enthusiastic and organised individual to join our team! The ideal candidate would have experience in the property service industry; however, this is not essential as all training will be provided. The role involves undertaking Property Inspections throughout Suffolk.
The position will include:
1. Producing highly detailed property reports by inputting relevant property data into handheld mobile devices that contain accurate descriptions and supporting photographs.
2. Obtaining all property meter readings (gas, electric, and water) for the day's reports.
3. Using own judgement to make sensible decisions regarding actions required during property inspections.
4. Checking own reports for accuracy and quality.
5. Completing all reports within agreed timescales.
6. Meeting Tenants or Landlords at properties when appropriate.
7. Strengthening Customer relations through regular professional communication regarding property inspections face-to-face, by mobile, and email.
8. Ensuring an excellent Customer experience at all times.
9. Resolving any customer service issues or queries from Customers.
10. Maintaining regular and consistent attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant company policies and procedures.
11. Compliance checks (gas certs, fixed wiring, etc.).
Key requirements:
1. Full/Clean driving licence.
2. Handling phone and email correspondence, and works orders.
3. Excellent time keeping and diary management.
4. Capable with computers and modern methods (digital signature, etc.).
Pay: £21,000 Per Year
